The duties of the Gibraltar Planning Commission include, but are not limited to: completing site plan review, special land use requests, requests for rezoning, lot split requests, applications for planned unit developments (PUD). The Gibraltar Planning Commission is comprised of nine commissioners; all of whom are City residents. As the City does not have a Planning Department or in-house Staff Planner, the consulting services of Wade Trim are utilized for these services.
The Planning Commission meets on the third Tuesday of every month at Gibraltar City Hall.
