As a result of Executive Order 2020-176, public gatherings are restricted to ten (10) individuals. City Council will hold study sessions and regular meetings in Council Chambers. However, to comply with the executive order, no members of the public will be permitted in Council Chambers. To comply with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, residents will be allowed into Council Chambers one at a time if they wish to make a public comment. Meetings will be streamed on Facebook and public access. Zoom will no longer be utilized for public meetings.

MIDDLE GIBRALTAR BRIDGE CLOSED-EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 2, 2020
Due to significant deterioration of the Middle Gibraltar Bridge, engineering consultants for the City have recommended immediate closure of the bridge. Effective September 2, 2020, the bridge is closed. As more information becomes available, it will be posted on the City website. Please see the attached press release below.
